RETURNS
Please note that the return must be requested within 7 - 15 business
days from the date of delivery and that the shipping cost will only be
refunded if the return is a result of our error. If we do not have a
fault for your return YOU CAN NOT GET A FULL REFUND. So
this means If you want to return the shoes and get your money back YOU
ARE GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR THE $50.00 AS SHIPPING COST AND YOU ARE
GOING TO BE HAVE A PARTICULAR REFUND.

RETURNING STEPS:
All returns and exchanges must be requested no later than 10
calendar days after receiving the product. The product must be sent
back to Shoes2world within 30 days from the date of delivery.
You must contact to our customer service via email to learn the steps of returnig;
- Send us a mail about why you want to return the product? We are going to check the situation (Shoes2world has the right to want some
documents such as the photo of the product to help you ) and inform you if you can get a full refund or particular refund via mail. Full refund can be available only a result of our error.
- After getting the confirmation of refund from us by mail you
can ship the product to the adress given by us in the confirmation
mail. Do not forget to fill the return form http://www.shoes2world.com/returnform.pdf
- When we recieve the product we are going to refund your money back to your credit card and inform you by mail.
Please DO NOT SHIP BACK THE PRODUCT BEFORE GETTING A CONFIRMATION FROM US otherwise we have the right to charge you the
extra shipping costs and the taxes.
Please note that this procedure is invalid for volume orders (more than 3 pieces).

We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized or due to a refused delivery by recipients.
We will exchange your return/refund your payment once we receive your package.

RULES ABOUT GOOD CONDITION:
Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to Shoes2world must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before the can be accepted for a total refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperworks (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit.
Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost
Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes with your dress we ask that you wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on carpet. If the soles are scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we cannot take them back.
The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in! This is the best packaging to use for returns.
Shoes or bags that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable.
We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we can't accept the return
Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item sending it back within 30 days from the
receiving date. An exchange can be asked only once per item. We ship
the exchange product when the original product is delivered back to
Shoes2world.com and when you pay the $50.00 for extra shipping cost.
All size details and product details are given very clear
in our website because of this reason we do not accept free
exchanges.You must pay all the extra costs for exchange.
The exchange steps are;
- Please confirm that you are going to pay the extra shipping cost $50.00 when we recieve back the item so that we can ship the one you want.
- Please log into our website and pay for the extra shipping cost.The extra shipping cost is $50.00 (Please do not forget to write your order number to the note part)
- Fill the return form and put it into the returning package.
- Send the package to the adress we are going to give you by mail after you aprove that the returning rules are OK for you.
- When we recieve both the money and the package we are going to ship the item.
